- Designing and driving unique, customer‑focused initiatives to build GSK advocacy and accelerate portfolio growth

- Engaging in meaningful scientific discussions with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of hematology oncology medicines

- Monitoring and analyzing competitor products, strategies, and the overall landscape to inform your territory approach

- Collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues (MSLs, GTR, GAMA reps) to develop and execute programs that improve patient care and align with brand strategies

- Navigating access challenges effectively and leveraging business acumen to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities

- Preparing and managing territory budgets with accountability for resource allocation

- Conducting impactful daily customer calls to drive measurable contributions to patient access and market growth

- Executing field programs such as Lunch & Learns, scientific engagements, and other educational initiatives

- Ensuring all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory standards while consistently acting with integrity

- Managing complex multi‑stakeholder oncology environments, balancing immediate patient needs with long‑term growth objectives

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in hematology oncology or proven success launching products in competitive markets

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

- Self‑starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive business growth

- Ability to travel extensively within a large geography while minimizing windshield time

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for company vehicle eligibility)

- Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with medical, marketing, or government affairs teams

- Strong relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills

- Strong working knowledge of scientific research study interpretation

- Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians and healthcare stakeholders
