Job Description

We are seeking two motivated sales representatives to help launch our business in Ontario and build our book of business in the region.

Key Accountabilities
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
  • Help Cheep Insurance achieve its goal of increasing policies per client through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain relationships with underwriters and business development reps.
  • Support the company's vision and values.
Qualifications / Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

  • RIBO license – or an insurance license in another province with motivation to complete the RIBO equivalency exams within the first month of employment.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Understanding of insurance product offerings and processes.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and an efficient digital enabler.
  • High level of integrity and excellent work ethic.
  • Results-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
