Job Description / Duties

We are seeking two motivated sales representatives to support the launch of our services in Ontario and contribute to building our customer base in this region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a small group of enthusiastic, intelligent, and results-driven team members in a dynamic work environment that values technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
  2. Help Cheep Insurance achieve its goal of increasing policies per client by offering additional products and services
  3. Maintain relationships with underwriters and business development representatives
  4. Support the company's vision and core values
Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications and Competencies:

  1. Hold a RIBO license or an equivalent insurance license from another province, with a commitment to completing the RIBO equivalency exams within the first month of employment
  2. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  3. Understanding of insurance product offerings and processes
  4. Proficiency with computer applications and digital tools
  5. High level of integrity and strong work ethic
  6. Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  8. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
