We’re looking for a hands‑on Property Manager / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Burlington

This is a unique hybrid role that combines office‑based administrative work with light maintenance and repair duties at nearby property sites within the Halton and Hamilton areas (occasional travel to Mississauga).

You’ll spend most of your time working from our Burlington office, assisting with property management operations, and occasionally heading out to complete on‑site maintenance requests.

Based in Burlington (occasional travel to Hamilton or Mississauga)
$70,000 – $80,000 per year
Full‑time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Maintenance & Handyman Duties

- Perform light maintenance and repairs such as fixing door hinges, installing handles, and completing touch‑ups

- Travel to nearby property sites as needed (Hamilton or Mississauga) – must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

- Use your own basic tools (e.g. drill, screwdriver, hammer, tape measure – materials provided by the company)

- Occasionally lift up to 50lbs

- Communicate with tenants and the property management team regarding repairs and maintenance updates

- Administrative & Property Management Support

- Review invoices and input related data into internal systems

- Work with Excel spreadsheets (basic formulas, formatting, headers; VLOOKUP and PivotTable skills are an asset)

- Scan, convert, and organize documents into PDFs using Adobe

- Prepare correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Respond to tenant, vendor, and client inquiries by phone and email

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in property management, office administration, or customer service

- General handyman or light repair experience (comfortable with tools and basic fixes)

- Strong organizational and computer skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)

- Professional, dependable, and able to balance office and field work
