The Dilawri Group ofCompanies- BC Region iscurrently looking to fill the position of aCIC Aftersales Representative.

*Note: This position is currently using a HybridRemote/In-Person work format*

Allsuccessful applicants must possess the following qualities:

- You are acustomer service whiz with exceptional customer service skills

- You havethe ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

- MS Word,MS Excel and Outlook – I can do those in my sleep

- You cannegotiate and have drive to produce results

- You havea friendly, pleasant phone demeanor

- You havea can do, will do, easy going attitude and work well in a team environment

- Previouscall center experience is the cherry on top

- Abilityto conduct business in English/ Cantonese/ Mandarin is considered an asset

- Post –secondary diploma or degree with a concentration in Business or equivalentexperience – tell us about it

- You willsupport inbound and outbound calls for multiple Dilawri dealerships

- Bookservice appointments that maximize each retail service department'savailable hours to sell

- Follow upon CSI leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit

- Successfullyachieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals as established by the BDC Manager

- Maintainingknowledge of all Service and Parts product offerings

- Ensuremobility needs for all service customers are fulfilled within establishedguidelines and available resources

- Captureand update customer contact information as per established guidelines

- Respondto all email, voicemail and text messages as required

- Collaboratewith team members to support customer demands

- Otherduties assigned by BDC Manager
