- Highly ambitious, self-starting, and self-motivating, with the ability to jump into any conversation and work collaboratively across all teams at Remsoft.
- Strong client service mentality.
- Experience using product management software to support the product management life cycle (i.e., AHA, Dev Ops).
- Experience in Supply Chain, Maintenance, or Forestry disciplines preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP / EAM (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.) database structures and integration capabilities preferred.
- 5-7 years prior experience working in a software environment focused on cloud industrial solutions (e.g., CMMS, Inventory Management, IIOT).

If this role aligns with your values and goals, but you can't tick every requirement, please still apply. Your fit in our team is as important of a consideration as your technical skills and experience.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate on the product vision and strategy for a Remsoft product.
- Maintenance and execution of the product roadmap.
- Conduct competitive and market research.
- Communicate user stories, product requirements, and the business importance of a feature with all stakeholders involved in the product process.
- Able to independently conduct proper qualitative and quantitative research to distill meaningful outcomes from many information sources.
- Strong critical thinker able to iterate and remove ideas and features that prove to be insufficient.
