Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Solutions Innovation and Design, the Product Owner will assist the Senior Product Owner with the development and execution of Connexall Product Roadmap. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fine-tune the product roadmap and drive product improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate internally and with customers externally to help develop a product roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch.
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to deliver high quality product.
- Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of product lines of Connexall.
- Work with customers to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Work with Senior Product Owner to go through the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.
- Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the customer.
- Continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Partner with various teams and stakeholders to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Work to define the user experience, including support and monitoring.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Serve as the voice of the customer.
- Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Keep up to date on the industry by researching and analyzing the market, our customers, and our competitors.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related field.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into easy-to-understand language.
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
