At Bimbo Canada, our "Network" is a diverse network of 1,000 franchisees and distributors from coast to coast who bring to life our Direct Service Delivery (DSD) go-to-market model by selling and distributing our incredible range of products to customers large and small. As a key member of the National Network Development team, the Field Sales Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and execution of all legal (contract) documentation; development of process support systems, compliance monitoring, and general administrative support of team initiatives including legal and financial risk mitigation. This role and our team provide support to our Field Sales team nationally including our Franchise & Distributor networks. Hiring Requirements:
1. Process management – Facilitate and maintain key processes such as new franchisee/distributor agreement execution and contract renewal, including preparation of documents, collection of documents, and correspondence with key stakeholders.
2. Team support - Coordinate and support the Training & Recruiting Manager with the franchisee recruitment process including setting up interviews across Canada. Perform all other assigned duties as required.
3. Network relationships & communication - Manage and track incoming documents related to new franchisee & distributor onboarding and serve as a key point of contact for the independent operator during this stage. Communication to franchisees & distributors regarding key documentation deadlines and requirements.
4. Relationships - Successfully foster strong working relationships with the Bimbo Canada Field Sales Teams, franchisees, distributors, Route Accounting, and other team members to manage and organize the administration of processes related to the franchise & distributor management system.
5. Process management - Successfully execute & monitor risk mitigation processes and tasks for the franchise & distributor network and respond with a high sense of urgency, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
Experience & Education
1. 3-5 years of working experience in franchise, legal, insurance, real estate financial industry or customer service experience an asset or another legislated industry with emphasis on contract management and/or detail-oriented process management.
2. Post-secondary education and/or post-graduate education in a business-related field such as law clerk/legal research is preferred.
3. Bilingual French and English (an asset, not a requirement).
4. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and solve problems with the help of internal partners and critical-thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication, verbal, written, active listening, and presentation skills.
6. High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
7. High sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, able to plan and follow through on key priorities.
8. Flexible and Adaptable: Open to new ideas and approaches, can adjust to priorities as conditions change.
9. Integrity: high personal and business ethics.
10. Self-motivator and able to work independently.
11. High proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access & Outlook).
12. Previous experience with Oracle and a web-based reporting environment is an asset.
13. Contract documentation and/or franchise industry experience an asset.
14. Strong project management and organizational skills with experience working in high-pressure environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
15. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is an asset.
