- Facilitate highly effective executive meetings by setting clear agendas, preparing briefing materials, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, senior executives, and key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and strategic alignment.
- Liaise with and support board activities, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring follow-up on board-related actions.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives, demonstrating strong project management capabilities and strategic foresight.
- Develop synergy across diverse teams, including operations, finance, and internal communications, ensuring flawless execution of executive directives.
- Identify, recommend, and implement organizational improvements and strategic opportunities to enhance operational excellence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.

Who You Are:

- Highly Organized and Proactive: Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving skills allow you to anticipate needs and manage dynamic situations effectively.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willing and able to take on responsibilities beyond your immediate expertise, driven by a natural curiosity and desire for broader impact.
- Effective Communicator and Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, negotiating, and building trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and Results-Oriented: Possess strong analytical abilities, prioritizing tasks based on strategic impact and organizational goals.
- Discreet and Trustworthy: Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.

- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully coordinating cross-functional tasks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Impeccable attitude – thriving in high pressure and rapidly changing requirements for success.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional growth, including a commitment to deeply understanding the CEO's vision, working style, and eventually the company's strategic priorities and operational context.
- A willingness to actively contribute beyond typical responsibilities, adopting a "can-do" attitude to address varied business challenges.
- Ability to foster strong working relationships internally across all levels and externally with key stakeholders and partners.
