Starlight Investments is seeking an experienced Asset Management Executive to join their Canadian Residential Asset Management team. The successful candidate will apply a proactive, hands-on management approach to achieve specific goals and impact targets for each asset in their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations and management of the portfolio to ensure physical and financial well-being;
  • Lead the execution of asset strategies to maximize value;
  • Provide direction to third-party property management companies regarding day-to-day management activities;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial institution conditions;

The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills, as well as effective time-management, organization, and analytical skills.

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business or related field;
  • Minimum seven years of relevant real estate experience;
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle;
