Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support our client’s Fixed Network project teams in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of telecom infrastructure and NRSWA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site civil works, including site setup, duct laying, reinstatement, and ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations.
- Conduct daily site audits to ensure all work meets the required specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage subcontractors and field teams, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Oversee permits and notices, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out risk assessments and pre-site surveys, identifying and addressing potential issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil supervision, ideally within telecom infrastructure projects.
- Valid UK Driving Licence (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of telecom network builds and civil construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Notes
- Preferred: British nationals or candidates holding Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
