Responsibilities

- Provide top-notch technical support to oil and gas clients.
- Support sales, operations and shop teams with job preparation.
- Conduct various torque and drag modelling reports.
- Provide services with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Stay updated on the latest industry innovations and conduct client training sessions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems faced by clients.

Qualifications

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or other applicable Engineering Technologies.
- Strong knowledge of industry technologies, processes, and equipment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and efficient with time management.
- Skilled in applying problem-solving techniques to complications that may arise.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently at a fast pace and produce quality work.
- Ability to be organized and follow a systematic method of performing a task.
- Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits.
