Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to work on the design/implementation plan/program development plan for various projects within their technology delivery spaces. In addition to other projects, the primary project this resource will be allocated to is the Point of Sales modernization project.

It is anticipated the role will be hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in onsite in downtown Edmonton. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

- Proposed resource will agree to a Criminal Records Check and Enhanced Security Clearance including a credit check prior to commencement.

- Proposed resource must have the last 3 years continuous residency in either Canada or United States as minimum. This is a requirement for the Enhanced Security Clearance

- Experience assisting clients to execute strategies with technology, process, organizational design and IT operations. (5+ years)

- Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. (5+ years)

- Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users) (5+ years)

- Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, from front line staff to executives. (5+ years)

- Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions. (5+ years)

- Experience with business writing, communication and documentation. (5+ years)

- Experience with change management. (5+ years)

- Experience with information management concepts, privacy, and security issues relating to ATIA (Access to Information Act) and POPA (Protection of Privacy Act) - previously known as FOIP. (5+ years)

- Experience with the development of communications plans. (5+ years)

- Experience working with system stakeholders in the development and maintenance of IT applications. (5+ years)
