Hamilton, Canada Acumen Insurance Group Full time

- Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers, and clients
- Provide exceptional and prompt service to clients
- Able to work well with a producer to help service their portfolio and aid in submitting/marketing new business
- Oversee and maintain a book of business
- Analyze client coverage, exposures, and loss experience, to determine risk requirements
- Process new business, renewals, and day to day client inquiries
- Build personalized client relationships through proactive communication
- Prepare documentation, which includes submissions, proposals, comparison spreadsheets, binders, and endorsements
- Ensure accurate processing of policy documentation
- Responsible for maintenance of account receivables

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

- RIBO license
- 3+ years commercial experience
- Passion for interacting with clients
- Technical knowledge of a variety of commercial products
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Policy Works experience is preferred but not required
- SigXP experience is preferred but not required
- Team player

Work Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Job type: Full-time
