Wage: Compensation Rate - Up to $40.00/hr for Day Shift; up to $42.00/hr for Afternoon Shift

- CNC Machining - R&D, Small Batch Production, Custom Manufacturing, Complex parts and equipment. 4-Axis CNC Milling & CNC Turning

- General & Repair Machining – Manual Machining, Component Repair & Refurbish for Industrial Facilities,

- Agriculture Equipment, Machinery

- Food and Beverage Process Equipment – Conveyors, Material Handling Systems, Packaging Machinery

CNC Machinists are required to perform some or all the following duties:

- CNC Programming – Gibbs Cam Software and G code knowledge are assets.

- CNC & Manual Machining – Set-Up & Production – Lathes & Mills.

- Working Knowledge of Tool Holders, Cutting Tools, Boring Bars, Fixtures, Inserts, and Other Machine Accessories and Components Including Precision Measuring Instruments.

- Repair Machine Tools and Parts.

- Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings, 3D Models, Charts, and Tables.

- Hand skills to fit and assemble Components and Machine Parts to Close Tolerances.

- Operate machine tools such as lathes, and milling machines to produce metal parts.

- Work with various materials i.e., steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, and other materials.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, cutting speed, & feed rate for required operations.

- Able to work accurately, routinely holding .0005” tolerances, and verify accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications.

- Produce production runs and/or single parts.

- Able to make minor edits to programs to improve efficiency and quality.
