Executive Assistant

The Judge Group has partnered with a company in the Greater Leamington/Kingsville Ontario area to find an Executive Assistant for their C-suite Executive Team. The right candidate needs to have strong EA experience supporting senior executives in a professional environment.
**This role is onsite every day and is a standard day shift role. The candidate needs to be local to the area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling high-level internal and external meetings across time zones.
- Organize and coordinate executive communications, including email screening, drafting correspondence, and handling confidential information.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentation materials, and executive summaries for board meetings, presentations, briefings, and company events.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain executive dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and business priorities.
- Organize executive team meetings: manage agendas, coordinate logistics, distribute materials, etc.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and integrity of sensitive corporate data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 10+ Executive Assistant experience preferred
- Heavy experience directly supporting CEO, CFO, COO, or members of the highest executive level in the company
- Strong systems experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign, etc.
