Executive Assistant

The Judge Group has partnered with a company in the Greater Leamington/Kingsville Ontario area to find an Executive Assistant for their C-suite Executive Team. The right candidate needs to have strong EA experience supporting senior executives in a professional environment.**This role is onsite every day and is a standard day shift role. The candidate needs to be local to the area.Responsibilities:Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling high-level internal and external meetings across time zones.Organize and coordinate executive communications, including email screening, drafting correspondence, and handling confidential information.Prepare briefing documents, presentation materials, and executive summaries for board meetings, presentations, briefings, and company events.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.Maintain executive dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and business priorities.Organize executive team meetings: manage agendas, coordinate logistics, distribute materials, etc.Ensure strict confidentiality and integrity of sensitive corporate data.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree preferred10+ Executive Assistant experience preferredHeavy experience directly supporting CEO, CFO, COO, or members of the highest executive level in the companyStrong systems experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign, etc.
