Ton impact chez Belron 🌍

Ton rôle, ce n’est pas juste de gérer un système RH. C’est de transformer notre façon de gérer les talents grâce à la donnée, à la technologie et à l’innovation.

Tu seras la personne de référence pour :

- Déployer, optimiser et gérer notre système Workday.
- Développer et améliorer nos processus RH (temps, absences, paie, finance, IT, etc.).
- Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données RH pour guider des décisions stratégiques.
- Déployer de nouvelles fonctionnalités (dont l’IA ) pour rendre nos RH plus intelligentes et efficaces.
- Créer des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des indicateurs qui font parler les chiffres.
- Former et accompagner les équipes pour maximiser l’impact des outils SIRH.
- Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la conformité des données.

Bref : tu seras au carrefour de la technologie, de la donnée et de l’humain.

Ton profil 🔎

- 10-15 ans d’expérience en gestion de SIRH (si tu connais Workday, c’est un gros plus 👌).
- À l’aise en gestion de projet, intégration et amélioration continue.
- Solides compétences en analyse, communication et résolution de problèmes.
- Curieux.se, rigoureux.se et orienté.e client.
- Collaboratif.ve, structuré.e et passionné.e par l’innovation RH.
