This specialist implements, manages, and enhances HRIS systems, collects and analyzes HR data to identify trends, and develops reports to improve processes and organizational efficiency at Belron.The HRIS & Data Analytics Expert holds a national role and is an integral part of an international HRIS expert team within Belron International. He/she is responsible for HRIS project management, process optimization, and acts as a subject matter expert. The role is key in feature development, support team development, data compliance, and system integration—including AI applications.
