What you will doProvide administrative support to partners and management teamsAdhere to risk management and branding in compliance with National guidelines ensuring accuracy and completenessCoordinate, prepare, edit, and proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various softwareProactively and independently manage partners’ calendar and contact database to maximize best use of the partners’ timeCoordinate travel arrangementsCoordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, live meetings, and organize required materialsAssist in the proposal process as required, working with the proposal team and proposal coordinatorAssist in the preparation and submission of expense reports for the management team At times, business needs may require employees to work beyond their normal workday or workweek to fulfill their job responsibilities. What you bring to the roleAdvanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and AcrobatProficiency to quickly learn proprietary softwareExcellent communication skillsStrong project management skillsGood judgment and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detailCapability to work independently and take ownership of tasksAbility to quickly and smoothly adapt to changing client demandsMinimum 5 years of administration experienceKPMG BC Region Pay Range Information  In British Columbia, the expected base salary range for this position is $43,000 to $59,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
