Our BC municipality client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead a comprehensive review of their asset management application and provide actionable fit/gap recommendations to optimize the current implementation.Must Have:8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise technology initiativesStrong experience leading fit/gap analysis and application reviewsHands-on experience with Cityworks or similar asset management / EAM systemsProven experience working with municipal or public sector clientsSolid project coordination experience (planning, tracking, stakeholder alignment)Excellent documentation, facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and lead discovery with minimal oversightNice to Have:Direct Cityworks implementation or optimization experienceExperience working with utilities, public works, or infrastructure asset management teamsExposure to GIS-integrated systems (e.g., ESRI)Disclaimer:AI may be used in evaluating candidates.This posting is for an existing vacancy.
