We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Work arrangement: Hybrid model (2 days per week in office), becoming 3 and eventually 4.

Contract Duration: 3 months with a high possibility of extension

Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE – Depending on performance and business needs

Typical Day in Role:

- Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures

- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates

- Produce dashboards and reports for sprints or code releases.

- Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content

- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes

- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers

- Create or maintain databases of known test defects

- Good understanding of testing standards and methodologies

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Testing

• Experience with Salesforce integration

• 3+ years of experience using: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git

• Managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Talend (version 7 or 8)

• Exposure to nCino (particularly within financial services and automation contexts)

• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing

• Salesforce certification

• Previous experience in the financial industry (FI)

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills to work with different stakeholders across the organization and Excellent presentation skills with executives

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to work independently.

• Solution-oriented

Education & Certificates:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering or a related field
