Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a professional IT consulting team that partners with major financial institutions, investment firms and government sectors. We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Hybrid model (2 days per week in office), becoming 3 and eventually 4.
Contract Duration: 3 months with a high possibility of extension
Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE – Depending on performance and business needs

Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
- Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
- Create or maintain databases of known test defects
- Good understanding of testing standards and methodologies

Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Testing
• Experience with Salesforce integration
• Managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr

Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing
• Salesforce certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering or a related field
