We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks. Work arrangement Hybrid model (2 days per week in office), becoming 3 and eventually 4. Contract Duration 3 months with a high possibility of extension Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE – Depending on performance and business needs Typical Day in Role Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates Produce dashboards and reports for sprints or code releases. Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers Create or maintain databases of known test defects Good understanding of testing standards and methodologies Must-Have Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Testing Experience with Salesforce integration 3+ years of experience using: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket / Git Managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Talend (version 7 or 8) Exposure to nCino (particularly within financial services and automation contexts) Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing Salesforce certification Previous experience in the financial industry (FI) Soft Skills Required Excellent communication skills to work with different stakeholders across the organization and Excellent presentation skills with executives Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work independently.
