Key Responsibilities
• Engage with the service desk team to learn support techniques
• Assist new users in onboarding and setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
• Prepare and manage hardware for deployment
• Keep records of hardware and maintain inventory
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a computer science bachelor's degree
• Available full-time in Calgary during the work term
• Attach unofficial or official transcript with application
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
