**Responsibilities**
Business Analysis
Document and secure approval for business requirements, facilitate gap analysis for improvements,
and act as the key intermediary between business units, technology teams, and IT vendors for system evaluations, selections, and project implementations.

**Quality Assurance**
Prepare and execute test cases for functional and regression testing, coordinate user acceptance tests, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.

**Operational Support**
Administer and configure the JIRA environment, manage user access, create security and custom configurations, install add-ons, optimize workflows, develop metrics dashboards, perform system upgrades and migrations, and establish user procedures and governance for JIRA, including crowd administration.

**Project Management**
Participate in or lead project initiation and closure processes, ensuring Business Analysis and Operational Support (BAOS) responsibilities are delivered on time and within budget, while accurately recording time against the designated project budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge and a minimum related work experience of 5+ years in the areas listed below.
- Expert-level experience with the Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence and Crowd
- **Expert in the delivery of CI/CD (Continuous Integration Continuous Development)** solutions
- **Ability to perform as Lead technician in integrations or implementations of any of the** Atlassian tool suite
- Experience with Setup, configuration, and administration of the JIRA/Crowd/Confluence environment
- Able to create and manage security schemes, custom fields and configurations
- Able to create and manage confluence spaces
- Experience with customizing JIRA projects
- Experience with using JIRA REST APIs for integration schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Proficient in ScriptRunner / Groovy / JQL
- Located in Montreal for hybrid work model.

Pay: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
