Yard Maintenance Helper

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Maintenance Helper to join our team. The Yard Maintenance Helper will assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our yard premises.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform general yard maintenance tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, raking, mowing, and watering plants.

2. Assist in the removal of debris, trash, and other materials from the yard area to ensure a clean and safe environment.

3. Help with the organization and storage of equipment, tools, and supplies in designated areas.

4. Assist in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures or equipment as needed.

5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

6. Assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, minor carpentry work, and fence repair.

7. Operate basic yard maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers, safely and efficiently.

8. Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

9. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in yard maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.

2. Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

3. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

4. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

5. Basic knowledge of using hand tools and yard maintenance equipment is an asset.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with coworkers and supervisors professionally.

7. Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

8. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.

**Salary**: $15.30-$25.70 per hour
