**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health and wellness needs.

- Provide education and resources to clients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans in a medical office setting.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a healthcare or wellness-related field is required.
- Certification and Registration with appropriate regulatory body for chosen field of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis in a clinical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
