Ponoka Family Chiropractic is a nervous system centred Chiropractic practice based in Ponoka, Alberta that serves and empowers individuals and families to lead healthier lives

To support our growing and evolving space we’re looking for a Chiropractic Care Coordinator to join our team to help support and continue to assist with our team needs, practice member care and experience.

**About the Role**

As an integral part of the PFC team, our Chiropractic Care Coordinator(s) assist with both of our front and back-end operations. Specifically working at the front desk on a daily basis performing a variety of administrative tasks, interacting with our practice member community, maintaining practice operations/flow, and assisting the Chiropractor with performing practice member intakes, assessments, neurological scans, and other tasks such as report preparations.

Our Chiropractic Care Coordinator(s) will be responsible for delivering a range of operations to guarantee a consistent practice member experience, working alongside our practice manager, doctors, team members and other health and wellness practitioners. The Chiropractic Care Coordinator will ensure that all of the practices' daily operations and care for our community is being run efficiently. In addition, contribute and participate at weekly team meetings.

**Details**
- Part-time position - maternity leave position with a potential of part-time permanent
- Compensation is competitive and is reviewed annually ($16 - $20 starting wage based on experience)
- Must be located in or near the Ponoka, Alberta surrounding area or is willing to relocate to the surrounding area

**Position Schedule**
- Approximately 16 - 22 hours per week
- Shifts and schedule to be discussed during the interview process
