**Tour Specialist**
Key responsibilities to include:
- Manage the Tour activities by creating synergy between the stakeholders and encouraging teamwork.
- Collaborate with the various departments in the company to deliver best in class service to our clients by ensuring high quality throughout the process from quotation to invoicing and post-travel feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales to increase sales, with Marketing to promote Tours and design our annual brochure.
- Use tracking methods to monitor the effectiveness of each campaign.
- Manages the overall Tour product costing, profitability and the Tour fulfillment process efficiency to achieve company goals with key performance indicator measurements.
- Manage to set selling pricing structure by analyzing historic performance, market competitiveness and budget requirements.
- Defines promotional activities using available tools, including but not limited to discount management, tactical offer and sales incentives.
- Monitor product team to ensure service quality and product standards are and above standards.
- College diploma or Undergraduate degree.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
- Creative with good copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Travel/ Hospitality industry preferred.
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
