As a Custom Home Project Manager at Nicks Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of custom home construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for their custom home.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

**2. Budget Management**:

- Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or client satisfaction.

**3. Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure workmanship meets company standards.

**4. Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure team members perform at their best.

**5. Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness.

**6. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
