- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Support the Senior Project Manager in managing project documentation and ensuring adherence to project management best practices
- Assist with resource allocation and tracking to ensure efficient project execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement

- Strong knowledge of renovation industry.
- Experience with the Canadian renovation field.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, plan swift, AutoCad or similar software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Familiarity with Visio or other process mapping tools is a plus
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
