We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver This temporary position will be on a 3-month basis and Hybrid with the need to be in our Downtown office Tuesday - Thursday.

The Recruitment Coordinator will contribute towards the effective establishment of recruitment processes by providing high performance and detailed administrative, logístical and customer service support. This role will be key in migrating all open position requisitions to the newly established Applicant Tracking System, setting up reporting functionality and workflows.

This role will deliver on formatting job description, establishing contractual documentation, full cycle recruitment administration and completing onboarding activities such as producing contracts and offer letters and obtaining references.

**Responsibilities**

IREN is on an exciting growth trajectory and part of this is implementing our first Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We are currently looking for an experienced individual who has previously worked with either one or multiple ATS’s and global privacy laws. Alongside this we will be running a Recruitment campaign for our operations within Canada and require a Recruitment Coordinator to:

- Collaborate with Senior Manager, People & Culture (P&C) the VP - People, Culture & Community and VP - Operations, Canada to implement and optimize the ATS
- Responsible for ensuring migration of data to new ATS is completed accurately and ensuring personal information is handled in-line with privacy laws
- Update and maintain the ATS
- Oversee P&C Inbox ensuring queries are triaged promptly
- Obtain quotes for recruitment advertising and other resourcing activities as required
- Establish efficiency in the new hire onboarding process and complete all required administration from offer stage to final actions ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience
- Establish reports and metrics within the ATS for ongoing utilization and analysis

**Desired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies include**:

- Proven experience in a similar Recruitment/ HR position using an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent organizational skills and proactively handle changing priorities
- Knowledge of privacy laws within North America with GDPR being an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
