Job Description for Project Coordinator
TROES Corp, a leading Canadian firm specializing in advanced energy storage technology, is dedicated to the development, design, manufacturing, and delivery of cutting-edge distributed energy storage products and systems. Our portfolio includes proprietary Battery Modules, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Enclosures, and Power Conversion Systems (PCS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the strategic planning and execution of project construction programs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project plans, activities, milestones, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Generate and present status reports on project milestones, suggesting adjustments to schedules as necessary for stakeholders, internal teams, and management.
- Efficiently assign tasks to internal teams, actively contributing to schedule management.
- Conduct risk and opportunity analyses, proactively identify issues, and ensure timely follow-up on required actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status updates to all involved parties.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients and partners.

**Requirements**:
- Technical background, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
- Degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Exceptional listening, written, and oral communication skills for understanding and delivering on client requests.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, including the ability to balance multiple tasks under tight deadlines and establish/maintain positive relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills rooted in facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
- Possess a growth mindset with a willingness to undertake diverse tasks as dictated by business needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
