Arne’s Welding Ltd. a leading manufacturer of Aggregate and Lowbed Trailers in Western Canada is seeking a Dealer Sales Support Representative to join our team.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Expands dealership network according to mutually agreed standards including territory, planned sales of dealerships, etc.; Develops expansion plans & ensure dealers meet or surpass goals.
- Assists dealerships with sales/customer service calls to major existing or potential customers to secure deals and maintain long relationships/ loyalty with product line.
- Develop and implement plan to restructure Sales Department to meet demands of evolving Customer base more efficiently.; Develops and manages marketing initiatives, including web development and social media
- Identifies opportunities for product improvement, new products, or new markets for standard and ETO (Engineered To Order) products.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have one of the following (in order of preference) to have knowledge of the vocational Trailer industry and competitor’s products**:3 to 5 years as Sales Manager for Trailer OEM**:

- 3 to 5 years as a trailer manufacturing sales representative
- 3 to 5 years selling gravel and asphalt trailers
- Construction, mining, or transportation equipment product knowledge and a minimum of 3 years in dealership territory sales management
- Developed competitor portfolios and delivered effective sales presentations
- Knowledge of current or potential territories and customer base an asset
- Business education or related training an asset
- Salesperson Permit required
- Sales and customer service focused
- Ability to work in a team environment including working with related companies
- Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up
- Easily builds rapport and builds relationships with people at all levels
- Strong negotiation and listening skills
- Shows confidence, drive, sense of urgency and integrity
- Mechanical aptitude and basic ability to read engineer drawings
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle. Class 1 License is an asset.
- Valid passport
- Bilingual in French / English is an asset
- Ability to travel when needed (max. 1 week per month).
- Interest & ability in potentially growing into a managerial role
