Job Title: Phone Cooridinator

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct phone calls to stakeholders residing along utility lines within the Eastern, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.

Schedule appointments and effectively manage calendars, adhering to the 9 am to 5 pm timeframe.

Gather survey information from stakeholders and accurately complete survey forms.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and generate reports.

Create visually appealing materials using Adobe and Canva.

Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders in English, both spoken and written.

Organize and maintain records of appointments and survey data.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently.

Work independently and demonstrate self-motivation in a remote setting.

Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in call coordination, appointment setting, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong data management and reporting skills.

Experience with Adobe and Canva for creating visually appealing materials.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointments and surveys efficiently.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and time management.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months
