**Responsibilities**
- Develop and leads testing strategy for loyalty digital platform with a focus on improving customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
- In partnership with analytics team define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of optimization efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop measurement strategy for the different flows and products to be able to conduct high-value analysis and identify areas within customer journey/funnel that can be tested.
- Identifies areas of opportunity (design, content, ui/ux), prioritizes tasks, and works with the product owners, development team, and designers to develop, deploy and iterate tests for continuous improvement of the customer experience and business results.
- Executes on testing plan partnering closely with product owners (internal and external), IT, analytics, legal, and other marketing stakeholders to remove bottlenecks, ensure feasibility of tests and improve key KPIs.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to keep them informed of testing roadmap, outcomes and obtain feedback on optimization efforts to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
- In collaboration with technology and analytics counterparts participates in analytics, testing and personalization technology vendor reviews, recommendation, and implementation as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital optimization, and continuously seek out new and innovative solutions to optimize digital products.
- Manages and mentors a team as required.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in product management with focus on testing and optimization activities.
- Strong understanding of Loyalty programs and industry trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis/insights to senior management.
- Adobe Analytics, Analysis and visualization capabilities
- Direct experience implementing and using analytics, testing and personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.) to set up experiment design, A/B testing, MVT, and personalization. Other targeting/testing technologies a plus.
- Statistic and measurement skills including hypothesis testing, time-series forecasting, regression analysis, and NLP.
- Ability to visualize and present data within Adobe Analytics (Workspace), Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
- Plus, to be proficient in project management methodologies and tools e.g. JIRA
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Statistics, or equivalent experience
