**Recruitment Specialist**

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience in human resources considered an asset
- Construction industry experience considered an asset
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of Ontario and Canadian recruitment legislation
- Knowledge of website platforms considered an asset
- Proven ability to maintain sensitive and highly confidential information
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Dependable and punctual
- Intermediate computer literacy (including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Develop job postings and descriptions for roles
- Collaborate with divisions to build job profiles and determine requirements
- Track all applicants on internal software
- Schedule interviews in person and over digital formats
- Be the recruitment marketing specialist
- Attend trade shows, job fairs, and other industry specific events
- Assist with wage and salary analysis
- Draft offer packages
- Provide administrative support to HR
- Provide marketing support as required

**Hours**: 40 hours per week

**Language**: Able to speak, read and write English with technical skills
