At Gifted Hands Health Services, our **Recruiters, **are expected to do the following for us:

- Partner with the Operations Manager to understand the business staffing needs to proactively support client staffing requirements.
- Approach every day with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to deliver quality talent by required deadlines.
- Independently leverage Networking, Social Media and Recruitment events to communicate career opportunities.
- Ensure all recruitment administration is consistently completed, including VSC, TB, Immunization Records, Banking Information, Schooling Certifications and Covid QR's.
- Ask for referrals from new hires to continually build talent pools for critical roles (DA, PSW, RPN and RN).

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional proactive sourcing and pipeline skills that include social media platforms.
- Minimum of 2 years’ high volume recruitment experience; healthcare recruitment experience is an asset.
- Driven to achieve results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional follow-up skills, sense of urgency, time management and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in consistently filling positions every month.
- Ability to course-correct when faced with obstacles or challenges.
- Flexible and resourceful
- ability to support changing business needs as required.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
