We cater to both private label and house brand requirements, and our commitment to excellence has established us as a trusted name in the industry.

Position: Sales Representative (with a focus on selling to distributors) Location: Toronto, Canada

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a strong track record of selling to distributors to join our dynamic sales team at GS Medical Packaging Inc. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our existing distributor accounts while actively seeking opportunities to expand our distributor network. This role requires frequent travel within North America to meet with distributors, attend industry events, and represent the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing distributor accounts, serving as their main point of contact and building a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.

Actively seek opportunities to expand the company's distributor network by identifying and engaging with potential new partners.

Collaborate closely with distributors to develop customized sales strategies and promotional plans to drive revenue growth.

Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Stay updated on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitors' activities to effectively position GS Medical Packaging Inc.'s products and services in the marketplace.

Coordinate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery, addressing any issues that may arise.

Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence, build brand awareness, and generate new leads among distributors.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs and preferences of distributors.

Continuously monitor distributor satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues to maintain strong partnerships.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and relevant feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, with a focus on selling to distributors in the medical or related industries.

Deep understanding of the distributor landscape and established networks within the North American medical market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage and influence distributors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple distributor accounts simultaneously.

Willingness to travel extensively within North America, up to 50% of the time.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally if required.
