Sales & Account Executive - Bath & Flooring

**Must have experience in flooring, tile and/or bath sales
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
As a Sales & Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven sales experience, strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. If you are motivated by achieving sales targets and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
