We’re looking for a dynamic Compensation & Reporting Analyst to join our team and support BCAA’s compensation programs and People & Development (P&D) reporting and analytics. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping our total rewards strategy, assisting with job evaluations, external salary benchmarking, salary survey participation, and driving key compensation processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to create insightful reports and analytics related to compensation, pension, and other HR metrics, helping to shape data-driven decision-making across the organization. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our Workday team to ensure data integrity, contribute to system enhancements, and support various reporting and compensation projects. This is a highly collaborative position that will connect you with teams across People & Development, Information Systems, and Finance, giving you the chance to make a real impact in a growing, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Total Rewards:
- Support the design, implementation, and communication of compensation programs and policies.-
- Assist with job evaluations, reclassification processes, and related documentation.-
- Analyze compensation market trends and ensure competitiveness through survey participation.-
- Research external best practices and trends, offering recommendations for program improvements.-
- Collaborate with stakeholders on ad hoc analyses, audits, and reporting requests.Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate monthly and quarterly HR reports, benchmarking against industry metrics.-
- Analyze trends in demographics, turnover, and recruitment, providing actionable insights.-
- Develop and present solutions for critical workforce trends and reporting opportunities.-
- Support Workday data governance through regular audits and reporting.-
- Present analysis and recommendations to leadership through written reports and presentations.What you bring:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Human Resources, and/or Information Systems (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)-
- At least 4 years experience in compensation, reporting, systems and/or total rewards-
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with macros and advanced formulas.-
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and numerical anomalies.-
- Extensive experience in data collection, manipulation, and analysis.-
- Knowledge of data extraction, interrogation, and presentation methods for effective reporting.-
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software programs.-
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with numerical data.-
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring clear communication and efficient support.-
- BONUS QUALIFICATION Experience using Workday for reporting purposes and exposure to HR information systems.The salary range for this position is $80,484.96 to $100,606.20 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
