**Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact**

The Financial Analyst is responsible for creating and analyzing long-term financial plan process, business performance, core performance metrics (KPI’s). In this role, you will also be a strategic advisor regarding company growth plans and yearly performance management.

You will be participating in the budgeting process that includes the full set of financial statements: Income Statement, Cash Flows, Balance SHeet, Investment Schedules, and Full Time Equivalent (Headcount).

In this role, you create analysis, commentaries, and prepare Board and senior management reports and presentation materials, develop complex and integrated financial models, and conduct comprehensive data analysis for forecasting and risk assessment.

This role works on costing and profitability analysis, develops business cases for strategic initiatives, evaluates strategic partnership opportunities, and develops an annual operating cycle that supports strategic priorities.

You will also create P&L reforecast and support quarterly reforecast in the Financial Analyst role.

**Key Experiences You Bring To This Role**
- Minimum 3 years’ of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience
- Experience with large ERP systems (Workday) and working with large data sets
- Super Used experience level of Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree coupled with CPA (CA/CMA/CPA), CFA or MBA
