We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager experience delivering cloud services, and who will help drive customer success, retention, and growth. Your work will be focused on helping our customers achieve their desired business outcomes and help them get the most from their investment in their Genetec solutions.

**What your day will look like**:

- Help on-board new customers and provide technical advice and product best practices to ensure the success of their deployment
- Conduct scoping calls prior to product adoption to determine customer requirements and to gain understanding of their business policies and workflows
- Work with the Sales team by leading pre-sales activities such as the development of client-specific proposals, presentations, and demos
- Be recognized as a valuable and trusted advisor by our customers and other Genetec team members
- Contribute and collaborate to the wider Genetec team, share knowledge and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Genetec Clearance and end user processes

**About you**:

- 3+ years working in tech / SaaS-based environment
- 3+ years in a customer facing role, demonstrating experience supporting customers in sales, training, technical support, or consulting for enterprise software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with a variety of individuals and roles
- Demonstrate a high-degree of customer-centric thinking, behavior and track record to support the success of your accounts
- Ability to understand and translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and successfully explain them to clients and other team members at Genetec

**Great if you have**:

- Technical experience or exposure to programming languages, custom apps, APIs, etc.; you’ll be working with a variety of business and technical stakeholders, so an ability to adapt the discussion is essential
- Fluent in French
- Strong project management skills
