**Salary **:25$/h à 28$/h

As a **Digital Marketing Specialist**, you'll play a key role in the marketing team. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you'll help develop and implement tactics to increase awareness of our company and our core product, the DICE technology, while supporting the sales team in lead generation and online sales.

**Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist**:

- Take part in the development of an _inbound_ marketing content strategy (social networks, SEO, newsletters, etc.) and deploy it;
- Social networks: create a publication schedule, compose posts, produce visuals and schedule posts;_
- SEO: help set up technical SEO, write and optimize blog posts;_
- Coordinate and produce informational and promotional content for our products (photos and videos);
- Create visuals for various marketing campaigns (mainly digital), in collaboration with our graphic designer;
- Create, launch and optimize digital campaigns via Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and other specialized platforms;
- Participate in the implementation of a product configurator for our online store;
- Set up dashboards with indicators, and monitor these indicators to improve performance;
- Update the content of both websites and propose UX optimizations.
- Support the sales team in producing promotional material for presentations, meetings, trade shows, webinars, business partners, etc;
- Support our partners in their promotional activities.

**Qualifications/ Required Skills**:

- Completed a college or university degree in marketing, communications or a related field (AEC, DEC, Certificate or Bachelor's degree);
- Bilingual English/French
- Excellent writing skills
- Good knowledge of graphic design softwares, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
- Familiarity with video editing softwares, such as Adobe Premiere Pro;
- Familiarity with Office Suite or GSuite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
- Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify, or equivalent (a plus);
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM (a plus);
- Good sense of aesthetics;
- Attention to detail, meticulousness and precision;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Autonomy and dynamism;
- Keen interest in learning.

En tant que **Spécialiste Marketing Numérique**, tu occuperas un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe marketing. En collaboration avec la Responsable Marketing, tu participeras à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des tactiques visant à accroître la notoriété de l’entreprise et notre produit phare, la technologie DICE, tout en soutenant l’équipe des ventes dans la génération de prospects et de ventes en ligne.

- Participer à l’élaboration d’une stratégie de contenu _inbound_ marketing (réseaux sociaux, SEO, infolettres, etc.) et la déployer;
- Réseaux sociaux : créer un calendrier de publications, rédiger les publications, produire les visuels et mettre en ligne les publications;_
- SEO : participer à la mise en place du SEO technique, rédiger et optimiser les articles de blogue;_
