Advertising Account Manager

Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
Develop marketing strategies
Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
Act as spokesperson for an organization
Answer written and oral inquiries
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Prepare contracts
Maintain and manage digital database
Assist in the review and response to RFPs
Activate proposals and manage campaign bookings post-sale
Build and track campaign schedules
Follow up with clients for campaign assets
Provide clients with weekly, monthly and final campaign reports with emphasis on client KPIs and performance
Work closely with sales, operations and creative teams internally throughout pre and post sale processes

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Completion of secondary school.
Previous programmatic experience is preferred.
Knowledge of advertising ecosystem is required.
**Computer and technology knowledge**: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, and MS Word, Salesforce, Asana.
**Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities**: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail.
**Personal suitability**: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Accurate, Reliability.
**Language**: English is required
