Front-desk Receptionist

O'Shanter Development is currently seeking a full-time **Front-Desk Receptionist** to start **immediately**, overseeing our front desk, coordinating a variety of office tasks, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients at O’Shanter, while reporting to the Office/Accounting Manager.

**Front-Desk Receptionist Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients responding to inquiries, providing general information, and taking messages.
- Write and distribute various documents, correspondence, letters, memos, faxes, and others.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and update internal office calendars.
- Organize, prepare, and separate incoming and ongoing mail, coordinating deliveries with couriers and other office locations as needed.
- Maintain and update the company’s directory, and manage office supplies and internal filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and other documents as required.
- Maintain daily tidiness in the reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen, including unloading the dishwasher.
- Assist with company events and special projects as needed.
- Perform other related duties when needed and as assigned by the management.
**To succeed in this role, you will hold the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in front-desk reception and customer relationship management.
- Must be proficient in using computer software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Teams, and others.
- Must possess excellent communication abilities, written and verbal skills.
- Have strong business etiquette, attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment, under time constraints and supervision.
- Must have a high sense of initiative, flexibility to approach tasks, be proactive, quick learner, and be willing to go the extra mile to help others.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

**Job Conditions**: Must be physically present in the office - No remote work available.

**Additional Information**: Minimal after-hours and weekend remote support may be required from time to time.
