**Major Duties and Responsibilities Operations**

Over years of refining our business model, BG Wealth Group has developed an investment product that exceeds our Investment Partners’ expectations, delivering 4X the returns of traditional bank accounts and investment products. Our property investment partnership opportunities have helped hundreds of individuals create generational wealth, bypass increasing inflation and manage their wealth with critical tax strategies. Now, we are looking to build a competitive and motivated commission-based sales team

to work with us on expanding our client pool through their own sales networks, creating opportunities for financial success for people you know and work with.

Successful applicants will have:

- 2-3 years of experience in selling proven real estate or luxury products with values more than CA

50,000 per deal.
- Access to a network that is supportive and engaged. Leads will not be provided, so having access to your own professional and personal networks will set you up for success.
- Experience providing world-class client service to your network and white-glove service to your pool of clients.
- Bandwidth to attend regular sales briefings where new opportunities are briefed and sales materials are provided, along with pitch support from our panels of leaders within the business.
- An ability to work independently and report on sales activity using BG’s proprietary reporting processes and CRM system.
- Understand real estate investment in North America and other global markets, as dictated by the reach of your own network. No matter the location of your leads, there is an opportunity for your colleagues, contacts and loved ones to create wealth with BG Wealth Group’s real estate investment products.
- Have a basic understanding of completing financial transactions by following communications and transaction guidelines cohesive with the location of your lead pool and BG Wealth Group’s

Best Practices.
- Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.
- Communicate and maintain our brand identity across internal business units, key business partners, and the customer base. Branded materials will be shared with you at regular intervals to ensure you have the pitch support that you need, and sales support is available to you on an appointment basis.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop short
- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plans for your network. Provide input from information gathered in the marketplace that will affect our business strategy including growth, competitive analysis, market trends, and business environment.

**Compensation**

The BG Wealth Group Commission-Based Sales Team receive the following:

- 2% commission for every closed sale on the total initial investment amount. The Commission is paid every 30 days + 14 days for funds to be processed.
