**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented **Sales Associate** to join our team. As a **Sales Associate**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for sales.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Previous cashiering experience is preferred
- Knowledge of technology products for effective technology sales
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages
- Proven track record in sales is highly desirable
