YIT an Alta Equipment Group company is currently looking for a full time **Telemetry Project Coordinator** based at the **Woodbridge, ON** or **Montreal, QC **branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively present to customer’s either onsite or via web meetings in front of a group and show the benefits of our products and services.
- Develop method to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Create and submit sale proposals.
- Accurately determine the products required for each customer and submit orders to OEM.
- Coordinate with internal departments for product deliveries and installations.
- Provide training and guide customers for a successful product launch.
- Update and maintain customer information within the telematics portal.
- Provide excellent ongoing customer service and support.
- Troubleshoot issues with customers and external technical support.
- Update and track support tickets.
- Accurately create and track customer invoices.
- Actively monitor and report department profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual (French and English).
- Travel
- Must be able to travel to customer and local branches in the US or Canada on a as needed basis.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Recent college graduate with 4 year degree preferred or equivalent project management experience
- Professional business experience is highly desired
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical background with good computer skills
- Well organized.
- Desire to succeed.
- Positive, customer focused attitude
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence (BI)
- Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
- Reasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time.

**Responsabilités**:

- Présenter efficacement les avantages de nos produits et services aux clients, soit sur place, soit par le biais de réunions en ligne devant un groupe.
- Développer une méthode pour gérer efficacement plusieurs projets en cours.
- Créer et soumettre des propositions de vente.
- Déterminer avec précision les produits requis pour chaque client et soumettre les commandes à l'OEM.
- Coordonner avec les services internes les livraisons et les installations de produits.
- Assurer la formation et guider les clients pour un lancement de produit réussi.
- Mettre à jour et conserver les informations sur les clients dans le portail télématique.
- Fournir un excellent service et une assistance permanente aux clients.
- Résoudre les problèmes avec les clients et le support technique externe.
- Mettre à jour et suivre les tickets d'assistance.
- Créer et suivre avec précision les factures des clients.
- Contrôler activement la rentabilité du département et en rendre compte.

**Exigences**:

- Doit être bilingue (français et anglais).
- Déplacements - Doit pouvoir se rendre chez les clients et dans les succursales locales aux États-Unis ou au Canada, selon les besoins.

**Compétences et qualifications souhaitées**:

- Diplôme universitaire récent avec une préférence pour un diplôme de 4 ans ou une expérience équivalente en gestion de projet.
- Une expérience professionnelle en entreprise est fortement souhaitée
- Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale
- Doit être capable d'appliquer rapidement la formation reçue
- Formation technique avec de bonnes compétences en informatique
- Bien organisé.
